Mind your Manors - exploring the grounds and woodland of Longueville Manor

What to expect:

Enjoy a two-hour walking tour of the Longueville Manor gardens and finish with a sumptuous afternoon tea.

A hotel since shortly after the Second World War, Longueville Manor is one of Jersey's oldest manor houses.

Join your Jersey Uncovered Guide on a wander around the beautiful landscaped grounds of this delightful Manor, to discover its rich and vibrant history, marvel at the magnificent gardens, including the charming Victorian kitchen garden, and admire the beauty of the surrounding woodland and countryside.

Our wanders will take us further into the gardens of the property, to stroll around the lake, find the “Nun’s Walk” and ponder over the possible site of the manorial chapel dedicated to Thomas a-Becket. Find the priest’s house and discover the secrets of the Victorian kitchen garden’s hidden crypt

Don’t forget to keep an eye out for the magnificent Colombier, with its 700 nesting holes.
